Loews Hollywood Hotel Los Angeles, Los Angeles

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The location was fantastic, right by Hollywood Boulevard with easy access to shopping and attractions. However, I faced several service issues that really put a damper on my experience, especially regarding communication about credits and charges. While the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, it showed some signs of wear that could use attention. Overall, it has great potential, but could benefit from better service consistency and clearer communication.
